Online time tracking with your server or in the cloud
Office Timesheets provides online time tracking anytime, anywhere, with a fully featured Web client for PCs and Macs and a mobile client for smartphones and tablets, either with or without Time Billing.
There are two options for implementing Office Timesheets – one you self-install on your own server (Office Timesheets) and the other is software as a service (SaaS) hosted in the cloud (Office Timesheets On Demand).
Which option is for me?
If you have the appropriate server availability and IT capability, you might find Office Timesheets, the self-installed version, more suitable.
Office Timesheets On Demand is likely to be more beneficial if you already have all or most of your IT systems hosted externally in the cloud and so do not have the server capacity or availability to install and hold your database information internally.
With Office Timesheets, you buy the licenses for a one-off fee of £79 per user, or £119 per user with Time Billing. If you already have the infrastructure, this can be more cost-effective than the hosted version. A 20% annual support and maintenance fee (minimum £345) ensures you are always supported and running the latest fully supported edition.
Office Timesheets On Demand is software as a service, hosted in the cloud, for less than £8 per month per user or less than £12 per user with Time Billing, which provides more flexibility than the self-installed version. Support and maintenance is included in your monthly fee.
